 The supercharged edition only have more items Nov 19, 2006

Just in case you wonder if it's another collection, it's the same metal cars as in the "normal" or regular edition. It's only from another country or provider (I guess). But they have the brilliant idea to develop more cars from the movie. Well, not more cars but more variant models. For example, they have this version of McQueen (as it looks in the last part of the movie). They have the first Mater (not the re-colored one from the bowling game) with the complete nose (you get that), Dirt mcqueen (like the one from one track game), Hudson hornet! yellow ramone.
I has uploaded the back cover of the box just for your entertainment. It has the whole catalog!
In Peru it costed me $9 each but they are so hard to get. As it happened here they just disappeared from the regular stores.

You can get most of the Cars toys at Target for $3.50. I have seen them at all prices online, and then I went to Target and bought Doc, The King, Hudson Hornet, Ramone, Lightning, Sarge and a few more for $3.50 each.

I bought this car for my 4 1/2 year old son who absolutely LOVES the movie Cars. He also loves those Hot Wheels cars. I got him this car, and he really liked it. In fact, all of my kids (ages 4-15) like it! It's a really cute toy. It's even great if you are a Cars collector.

Since Cars 2 was about to come out, the toys for that had taken over everywhere I looked. The only place I found "The King" was online. He loves it and it matches the rest of his collection. Thanks Amazon.

This is the size of a Matchbox car (some of the "Cars" cars we've bought on Amazon were a smaller scale) and is exactly what our 3yo had been asking for. The tail fin is made of plastic, but it's a high quality plastic and the rest of the car is a high quality die cast metal that feels as solid as any other Matchbox-style car I've seen (and we have lots of them around, including a box left over from my own childhood).
