This toy was a huge let down.
It just doesn't work as is it advertised.

"ASU!!"
This tractor is not worth the money that you pay for it, whether at the Disney Store or right here. Do not buy this toy! The tractor is supposed to entertain by tipping over and tooting and such. The sound is barely audible. The toy didn't even work for an entire week before it just stopped rolling all together. Then the smoke stack broke off. Then one tire, then the other broke off! My son was so gentle with it because all he wanted to do was roll it and tip it. Disney should be ashamed that they sold such a bad product to children.

My boys were very excited to get this mooing tractor but it just didn't work as well as the other CARS characters in this group. The sound was inaudible and parts were very breakable (smoke stack, side mirrors).

"Snootchj"
This product is very cool. For all of you who have a child that loves the tipping tractors this was great. We have bought two different kinds and they are both great. this one makes noise and tips but it is tricky to get it to tip every time. we have figured it out and so has my 3 yr. old son! Worth the money and the excitement from our kid!

"Mom of 4 at the shore"
My son got this last year for Christmas as well as the Mater toy. Both were completly broken by New Year's (yes, a week later). He wasn't rough with them, they are made of such cheap plastic. We love Disney, but were extreamly disappointed with these two toys. Disney should do a lot better.
